Meet Anne

My journey began in Seoul, South Korea. Our family moved to Montreal when I was 8 years old, and it quickly became home for me. Before finding my true calling in psychotherapy and coaching, I explored a variety of professions: I spent some years as a commercial photographer, worked as a teacher, served as a chaplain in an American jail, and supported individuals facing challenges with substance abuse and homelessness for some years. These diverse experiences have been both humbling and transformative, shaping who I am today. My approach is deeply rooted in these experiences, the meaningful relationships I formed along the way, and my studies and training:​
